We are Dream Body Fitness.

We are a group fitness facility focused on building confidence and getting you in the best shape of your life.

Our members mean the world to us and we strive to make each and everyone’s experience fun and joyful!

We have experienced and friendly trainers who are there for you every step of the way keeping you safe and motivated. This is not just a gym membership it is an experience. With our support and training system along with your effort and accountability, your results are guaranteed!

We host frequent charity fundraisers, client appreciation events, and fun contests throughout the year in effort to build a stronger community. Offering over 50 classes per week 7 days per week (please see our schedule for details and holiday closures) there is no reason you can’t get in the best shape of your life. We also offer FREE Saturday yoga and group fitness classes for our community so tell your friends!

It is our mission to get over 1000 individuals in our community of Meridian, absolutely outstanding results. It is our belief that fitness is the cornerstone to a happy life. When in doubt just workout!

About The Owners

Chris & Robyn have been together for 15 years. In that time they have gone through many ups and downs
learning how to be better for each other every step of the way and finding out the essential NEEDS they both have individually. No matter how hard it got they have always fought for each other and continue to grow and prosper.

One of the key principles they have held dear is maintaining a healthy lifestyle and clear communication along with keeping their personal & business growth alive by taking massive action to improve; taking risks, learning how to more effectively communicate, spending quality time together frequently, and putting their relationship FIRST! This has allowed them to better serve others and grow a truly healthy and vibrant friendship!

In summer of 2016 they went to a Tony Robbins seminar called Unleash the Power Within which greatly enhanced their relationship and business outlook. They took home many tools on how to be better for each other and their gym members.

Chris & Robyn now operate Dream Body Fitness together like a power couple. They have more passion, more excitement, but mostly more gratitude for each other and their life together. This allows them to put the RIGHT kind of energy into Dream Body and serve YOU to the best of their ability along with Dream Body's outstanding team.

What is High Intensity Resistance Training or HIRT?

A fun and uniquely structured fat loss-training program with a varied array of functional fitness workouts, blending high intensity cardio, weight lifting, and cardio-kickboxing (Battle Ready). Implementing only the best exercises that get you results, leaving you feeling euphoric and personally accomplished! Each class is at your own pace with a different theme and focus each day so will never get bored. HIRT is the very best training system for getting results fast! We also modify exercises if needed and fit almost every fitness level.

Focus Classes

Dream Body also offers what we call "Focus Training". These are small group specialized fitness classes where participants work toward a common goal. Much more affordable than Personal Training and just as effective. Whether you want Fat Loss, Strength, Men's Only, or Women's Only we have a Focus for you.

The Dream Team

Chris & Robyn train Monday-Thursday evenings and Focus classes. Chris created Dream Body's training system to elicit maximum results while being fun and enjoyable. Robyn also trains classes and specializes in Women's Training, customer service, as well as being the backbone to the entire operation keeping Chris on task!! Expect high energy and more fun than you can handle! It is truly a one of a kind experience when you are trained by these two.

Adam Miller is a certified personal trainer, 5th degree Black Belt in Taekwondo and Brown Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Battle Ready is Adam's specialty. If you want cardio-kickboxing, look no further. Adam is passionate and driven to make Dream Body the best place to train. He trains every Monday-Wednesday-Friday mornings, don't miss it!

Erin Watterson is a certified personal trainer and specializes in Women's Training and Contest Prep. Erin is an excellent trainer who truly cares about her clients and members. Come train with her on Tuesday-Thursday mornings!

Chris & Stephanie Carpenter started Dream Body in 2012 and loved it so much they decided to train for us. Chris is also a Power Partner with us through his company Chris Carpenter Real Estate, helping promote charity and fundraising events with Dream Body. Chris & Steph train our Saturday fitness classes and know how to bring the energy!

Mick McConnell is a Doctor of Chiropractic and certified fitness trainer. Mick operates a satellite practice of Balanced Movement Chiropractic out of Dream Body and also trains Yoga and fitness classes every Saturday. Extremely knowledgable and great at what he does. 

Roslyn Graham has been a fitness junkie most of her life. Contributing as our resident Blogger she is a master at living the health and fitness lifestyle. Follow her blog for outstanding insight on how to live clean, healthy, and energetic. Roslyn also trains Yoga on Saturdays and Kids Yoga at 9am on Saturdays (offered once monthly).
